TMA PERFORMANCEMATRIX

De TMA Performancematrix is de eerste rapportage welke daadwerkelijk een relatie legt tussen talenten en competenties van uw kandidaat.  U krijgt op basis van de 44 TMA talenten, inzicht aan welke competenties van de kandidaat op welke wijze aandacht gegeven moet worden. Na elke TMA Talentenanalyse (170 of 312) en bijvoorbeeld 360 graden feedback worden de gemeten competenties automatisch geplaatst in een van de vier kwadranten.

 

 


De verticale as 
geeft de mate van ontwikkeling aan van de competenties. De horizontale as geeft de mate van aanleg en ontwikkelbaarheid aan van de competenties op basis van de drijfveer scores.

Per kwadrant wordt hieronder advies gegeven wat het beste gedaan kan worden met de competenties die in de betreffende kwadranten vallen.
